I don’t normally leave reviews, but I can’t express enough thanks to Dalton at this Autozone shop. He went above and beyond to help me get my car fixed. He was very informative and exceptional in his service.
The store manager saved the day! Top tier customer service: I recently got a new battery and my car didn't pass emissions. He hooked up the diagnoatics, took his time to explain and show me on the screen what was showing with my car. He reset everything. Back to emissions ... PASSED!
I’m not always sure what I’m looking for in the auto stores but the customer service and help in here was great.
