Today, I had a great experience at the AutoZone store on University Drive near Nova. A customer service representative whose name is Roberto helped me select some wiper blades and even helped me install them. I believe he definitely should be recognized because professional and customer-oriented employees like Roberto is what keeps customers like me going back to that store time and time again. Thank you very much Roberto! Outstanding service!
