The customer service here made thing so much easier. I had no clue what to grab while cousin worked on the car outside. The Rep in the store La’portia helped me lot she even bought us a Powerade while we got things situated.
Maria and Matt were super helpful. Battery was able to be replaced under warranty, which I didn’t realize, and they even had a replacement terminal lying around for the corroded one that was on the car. Been going here for years, always friendly and knowledgeable.
Came in today because I thought I needed a new battery Tim was the one available begin to help me and discovered one of the terminals were loose and that he would tighten if for me and he did he also was very transparent about something similar happened to him Tim was very nice very pleasant great customer service very satisfied with service I came from looking at the great reviews that were already placed
I panicked when my battery suddenly stopped working, but then I remembered I had a 4 year warranty with AutoZone. I went into the store, and the process was completely hassle free. They tested my battery and replaced it for me with no issues. The service was super fast, and I was in and out within about 20 minutes! I unfortunately forgot the name of the woman who helped me, but she had a long ponytail and was absolutely awesome! She was friendly, helpful, and made the whole experience easy.
