I had the worst experience ever the saler her name is Alina she's the worst! I'm a loyal AutoZone customer for years now' and always buy my stuff from them but this person gave me the worst experience ever. Keep visiting AutoZone but just don't deal with this person Alina her name hopefully the management will do something about her she should be more respectful, professional and have to trust the AutoZone customers !
I came in super exasperated and needed a battery. Jose was AMAZING and had me in and out in less than 15 minutes. He was wonderful
Had a bad experience yesterday with an old man employee. Had a bad attitude in the morning. He doesn't know how to treat the customers. I also got sold a used part there. This is the worst AutoZone with drunks and dangerous people hanging outside. Don't recommend it. Don't go there.
