My guy Angel is honestly the best dude I’ve talked to at any auto parts store I’ve been to recently. Helped me check my battery, super knowledgeable in regards to the issue I was having, offered to even change the battery for me. Military vet too, what a guy!
Amazing customer service, I came in with a dying battery that had alot of corrosion on it and the employees Crockett and Ricky were able to get my battery out and changed quickly, they were amazingly helpful.
Unacceptable and lazy service. Left my wife stranded.I am absolutely furious with the treatment my wife received at this location. Her battery died right outside the store. When she went inside to ask for help, the employees completely refused to assist her. They didn't offer any tools, guidance, or basic customer care. I went to get a check engine light checked and the (who I assume was the manager):told me that they didn't do it and I needed to go to Firestone. When I was outside I saw another worker and inquired about the check engine light and he told me that they still did check them. I believe the manager, after audibly saying that in front of workers and customer, that he couldn't help me realized it wouldn't go over so well so I think he eventually sent out some guys to check out my car.
