I took my car to this Autozone expecting a simple oil change, and somehow left with three new warning lights on my dashboard and a radio that only plays static. The repair took twice as long as promised, and every time I called for an update, I got a different story. When I finally picked up my car, there were greasy fingerprints and multiple scratches definitely wasn’t my doing. Tried to call several times today & someone just kept picking up the phone & hanging it right up.. Finally went to OReillys instead

To the general reader, I recommend coming to this location over other locations and over other stores that perform the same tasks, if you need an AutoZone. The customer service is stellar, you feel like a person, the team is professional, and they go out of their way to assist you. I don't know who the manager is, I don't know who did the hiring, but good job.
