Worst location ever but a prime example of ALL the Austin locations. 1 guy comes in from outside, 1 guy seems brand new , and per usual a manager who is acting like she is knee deep in paperwork smh. The manager just watches the line continue to grow while the new guy is struggling clearly and the only guy who knows what's going on is stuck with a customer who didn't know if she wanted outside of bringing them a core for a battery smh.
There was homeless people stealing stuff, I felt bad for the dudes that worked there. Luckily there was a self checkout thing, so I just clocked in and found what I needed and checked myself out and then clocked out, while they dealt with the sketchy folks. God bless those boys, and I hope their pay reflects having to deal with that kind of mess.

I stopped by today because My oil and VSA lights were on and my car was stuttering. Tony helped me out and found the issue. He really did me a solid and told me what I need to do to prevent further damage. I really appreciate the time he took to help and explain what was going on. Thank you Tony
