Low quality alternators, sneaky return policy, and terrible customer service. Shop here if you want your family to end up roadside, then be stuck with a alternator that they won't return within warranty period.

Normally a good expierence at this location however, a few months back went to use their scan tool handed em my id scanned my car went back but was not given my id. I has gotten a called and they could not find it. Still don't by someone there saying they had my id it was late so I said I would have to come in when I get time took a couple days, when I went back it is not anywhere staff looked? Right beore closing time, I was looking for an cassette-aux converter which was unavailable, when Brian went the extra step and called the store down the block to secure the order for me. I would rate 7 stars if possible.

I was blessed to be hit by the window vandals last night. I went in to auto zone to get tape that would be safe for my paint on the car so I could do the ol' garbage bag window covering. Alberto (I hope I have his name right) instead told me about a window kit. They didn't have any more in stock but he found some at the fridley location. He was so kind and the kit was easy to use and so convenient. Thank you so much for making an annoying and frustrating morning so much better!
