The workers at this AutoZone are really lazy. I went to buy a battery and asked them to install it in my car, but they told me they couldn't claiming there was no one to man the register and that the system required the car's computer to be reset in order to swap the battery. Just a bunch of excuses
One of the best Autozone locations in the Pawtucket/Woonsocket area. Better stocked than any of its sister stores north of it.
Eddy G saw that when i walked in i was panicked and needed to change my car battery. I had no education or anything on car batteries. he walked me through the entire thing, changed my battery, and taught me what to look for next time. he showed me there are nice people in this world that are willing to take the time to help someone and be patient! i couldn’t thank him enough for helping me.
