I spoke to the store manager tim jones and he was very helpful finding the exact item i need which is a alternator and no other part house was able to help me. Wonderful customer service i will go back there autozone rocks. Much better than oreilleys or pepboys.
I was in Bowling Green today for doctor's appointments when I had an issue with my car. It began to overheat, so I drove to the nearest auto parts store which was this AutoZone. I have to say the lady that worked with me Sunshine did an amazing job not only helping me find what I need also giving me pointers and tips. She's very friendly and very helpful and that makes me very grateful Thank you Sunshine!!
It was 30 minutes till closing. I would be rushing to close if I was them as well. But two of the workers working were completely unhelpful. I just needed an item pointed out to me and then I would’ve been on my way. Before leaving I screamed for helped and Kevin came out from around the corner. He was incredibly helpful. Sweet. And even explained in detail the process is cleaning. I’ll be back ONLY because of him. If I see the other ones I’m turning around and walking out of the door immediately. Thanks KEVINNNNNNN!!!!!
