No one really knew what they were doing . Went for a battery change and was there for 1 hour plus. The first person told us she didn’t know what she was doing and we had to help the second person.
My son and I were recently stranded in the target parking lot at 9:00 pm due to a dead battery. I contacted autozone to ask for help accessing the battery. It was obscured by a vent. I believe his name was Chris, told me how to remove it then waited at the store and delayed closing to help me replace the faulty battery. All three employees were friendly and gracious even though I kept them past business hours. They are the best!
A big thank you to Allen for making sure I bought the right fasteners for my license plate and going above and beyond by putting them on!
This is one of the nicest and cleanest Autozone stores I have ever been in. Chad was my attendant and he was awesome (great service).
These guys got me fixed up quickly and professionally! They even changed out my battery in 26*F weather while I waited inside. Thank you!
