I hardly ever get disappointed by AZ... for older cars I must drive to their distributing hub... no big deal!
Giving them 1 STAR I went into the store to order some motor oil. The oil was supposed to be shipped from the hub to Lakeside. I went into the next day, said I was here for a pick-up. The cashier first of all took forever to get off her cell phone before helping me. I gave her the receipt and she said it was sent to a different store. Absolutely life savers today. Carnell helped me the second I walked in the door and made sure I got exactly what I needed. From start to finish. A bad battery first thing in the morning is a nightmare and Carnell fixed everything and installed it for me with ease!
I had a great experience at AutoZone, thanks to Sylvester! He went above and beyond to help me replace my battery. He even went to his own car to get his personal tools so he could help me get the job done. That kind of customer service is rare these days. Sylvester was friendly, helpful, and truly took the time to make sure I was taken care of. Excellent service and a great employee! Thank you, Sylvester, for going the extra mile!
