⭐☆☆☆☆ I had a disappointing experience at this AutoZone. I came in looking for car battery , but the staff mocked me because I didn’t know the exact model. Not everyone is a car expert—that’s why people go to an auto-parts store for assistance. I expected patience and basic customer service, not to feel embarrassed for asking a question. I hope management trains staff to treat customers with more respect. Specially the old guy with the sunglasses, it’s hard to do business with that kind of attitude.
Ali was so helpful and kind today! He really took the time to help me and made everything so much easier. I truly appreciate his help and kindness. Thank you so much, Ali!
