Immediately upon answering the phone, “speak now or forever hold your peace.” Then hangs up? I call back the number on Google and it seems to be Auto Zone but the guy answering the phone was incredibly unprofessional and condescending. Not helpful in the least
I’m sorry but you guys are my local store and I go often. You guys are always a let down. Pulling wrong parts several times, unable to process returns, the younger women have attitudes and you inventory is always out of date. 3/3 I’ve tired to get a part and sent away or told to come back because it’s not in stock when it says in stock online. Only giving 2 stars because 2 of the guys are actually helpful.

I had an outstanding experience at AutoZone Store #4169 thanks to Carlos, the Assistant Manager. From the moment I walked in, he went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed for my 2018 Honda Odyssey. They didn’t have one of the wiper blades that had originally been recommended, but Carlos took the time to find the best replacement in the store. He didn’t stop there.
