Carlos from Auto Zone on Hillsdale was extremely helpful! This was the second time me and my boyfriend bring his car to this location and Carlos has helped us both times! Definitely coming back to this location because Carlos is always very attentive and gives amazing customer service. 10/10 experience
Outstanding, excellent customer service. I am so impressed at how welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable Edgar and the employees were here. I had a terrible experience at the San Tomas location and despite not being responsible for the other store at all, he apologized for my bad experience and helped me out, even replacing a broken part purchased at the other AutoZone. CARLOS The manager is a kind soul and Extremely informative ! I went there To return something after my mother has recently passed that she bought. He had to do some extra work cuz her card expired. He was able to return the item and we had a brief talk about life And his experience’s he told me most of all to stay positive. Never thought I would walk out of an auto store feeling revived and with the right mind set for my day ?! Cashiers these days are especially robotic especially with returns.
