I was in desperate need of a relay for my Jeep. After several trips to other auto part stores, Luis at AutoZone researched the part and found what I needed. He went the extra mile to find the right one. Excellent customer service. A+ Worked perfectly.
I went in to check on my car battery. Luis Aguirre, the store manager, checked it for me and determined I had a bad battery. He showed me my options and installed the new battery. He was very kind and cool to talk to. It’s evident that Luis loves his job and he enjoys helping his customers. Excellent service!
First I’d like to say that Luis is the best we came in for our windshield wipers that were about to come off while it was raining. While Luis without hesitation came outside to see what’s the problem, and immediately helped us put on new ones. These are the type of workers we need in our world right now.
I came to this store and Gerold helped and he was really nice. When I thought it was one thing that wouldn’t let my car start normally it was actually another thing and he knew that , thanks to him I didn’t have to spend over 200$ on a part . Will definitely recommend going to him just like i know I will.
