When in to help my dad with his CEL so I took it here for the code the gentleman was nice at first but did I did not feel welcomed in, he kinda just stared at me but the other guy younger was very help but this older gentleman was rude to me when I told him the screen was having a problem and I wanted a emailed receipt, he told me no I wouldn’t get it
Came in with a dead battery and they helped us get squared away. They had lots of opportunities to upsell us (they tried charging the old one for awhile for free to make sure it was really dead, and told us we didn’t need to buy anything too fancy after hearing how we stored and used our car) and they helped us avoid overpaying every single time. Good honest team
