Shoutout to the crew at the Bay View AutoZone. Every time I come in, the staff is respectful, knowledgeable, and willing to actually help instead of just pointing at shelves. They took the time to help me find the right parts, answered questions, and made sure I was good before leaving. It’s hard to find customer service like that nowadays. Appreciate the professionalism and positive attitude from the whole team. Definitely one of the better AutoZone locations around Milwaukee.
Came in for a battery replacement. Irv provided great customer service. He removed the old corroded battery and cleaned the area well before installing the new one. He did a great job and didn’t take long. Highly recommend.
i needed new batteries for my car fob and remote start fob and the guys really helped me out but opening both of them for me and installing them for me, which i couldn’t do myself. i will always go back and recommend to others
Cesar helped me out with my transmission fluid 10 mins to close, and I had no idea how to do it so he had to teach me. Great service, thank you brother!
