I go here all the time, which is why this has become so frustrating. My experience with Trina has been disappointing because I’ve repeatedly felt like customer service wasn’t a priority. As a regular customer, I expect to feel acknowledged and helped, but instead I often felt ignored or like there were constant distractions getting in the way.
