Today I went in to Auto Zone and was blessed with the presence of an amazing young man by the name of Edwin. My car wouldn’t start an I couldn’t figure out why. After a jump an anxiety because I just had the battery replaced a month ago… I had to bring it to my choice of Auto answers. Eddie Diaz was extremely helpful and very friendly! The rest of the employees who were helping other customers were also friendly! They all made customers feel welcomed! Great place with great employees!!
People there are nice, simple greeting when I walked in. It's the kind of store you don't expect someone to be prowling the aisles to see if you need help, and they left me to browse for what I needed. I'm sure they world assist if I asked. Unfortunately, a simple wiper blade search proved confusing. But it's not the individual store or employees' fault. One lady was taking care of a list for a customer so another jumped in to ring me up and get me going which I appreciate.
