I had trouble with my car battery and went to O’Reilly’s for help with a jump start, but they couldn’t help me and sent me to AutoZone. Meryanne Ortiz was amazing—she actually came over to O’Reilly’s to help me get my car started. I really appreciate her taking the time to help me when I was in a stressful situation. She went above and beyond, and I’m very thankful for her kindness and great customer service. As for O’Reilly’s, after this experience, I won’t be going back. Thank you, Meryanne, for being so helpful!
