UPDATE: 15 DAYS AND THEY STILL HAVE NOT REFUNDED MY CARD! These clowns sold me the wrong alternator for my vehicle after the employee went out and physically looked at it. Then they didn’t even have the right one in the store. Their competitor across town had one but they had already ran my card for the wrong one. They tell me it will be 5-10 business days until the money goes back into my account so no money to go buy the right one to get me back on my way. RecommendedTravis B went out of his way to help me put a new battery in my car which was dead at home! After he got off work, he met me at my house and put in the new one! Wow he absolutely saved me as we were stuck with a dead car for most of the day. He made a super stressful day so much better with his helpfulness! Thank you Travis you Rock!
I would Like to Thank Travis for helping my Aunt today. She is in Lincoln for her check up on her Colon Cancer treatment. I am ever grateful for his kindness in stopping to help her to a safe spot, looking at what may have been the problem, and making sure he had the part to get her going again! He went an extra mile in installing it for her! Travis you are a gem in these times and I hope Auto Zone knows what a valuable employee they have in you! (ps she is 72! God bless you!)
I stopped at AutoZone today on S.56th because I needed a new battery and brake light. Curtis helped me find my battery and brake light then he installed everything for me. He was helpful and kind and answered all my questions without making me feel dumb (and they were probably dumb questions). His assistance really turned a frustrating day into a better day!! Thanks so much for the help!!
I stopped in at AutoZone tonight. Panicked because my daughters car had a dead battery. Regretfully I only caught the name of 1 of the 3 men that helped me. The first 2 were incredibly sweet and told me what I needed to do to get my daughters car started. After I got her car going her and I drove back to AutoZone.
