I arrived and got what I needed and went to the paying area and stood there for a moron for 5 minutes and a "supervisor " wanted to help someone else in the asking question line and I told him I'm next I wanna pay and he's like line is on this side and I told him no I'm trying to pay I don't wanna ask for a part. They need a self check out and I've been coming to this auto zone since they first opened.
Went there to check my car battery due to failing to start. I was helped by Salvador and Alex to install and figure out why the battery was not getting a connection to my vehicle. Salvador was supper polite and helpful and was assisted by Alex, who was also very nice, to figure out the issue. Both Salvador and Alex deserve to be commended for their customer service and professionalism while assisting me. Thank you.
Every time we come hear. We get a young employees. They don't know anything about parts. We have to describe to them what it is and they don't even know how to spell. We even tell them how it's spelled. They type so slow. Back in the day. Everyone that used to work hear knew a lot about cars and they were quick to help. But with this new generation they lack knowledge with anything that has to do with cars.
