Of the professional sales representatives were patient, thorough, and answered all of my questions about the difference between OEM parts and standard parts. What I needed was in stock and I'm very grateful that they helped me quickly.
Frank the Part Sales Manager is so so good at his job and was so thorough with the entire process of getting myself a new side view mirror. He also was incredibly helpful with helping me choose a wide angle rearview mirror as a temporary fix for me losing my side view mirror. Frank was amazing and I’m so happy I went to Autozone here in Thousand Oaks!
Frank and other employees incredibly helpful always helpful always knowledge always take the time and actually care I live in Newbury Park and I prefer to drive out to Thousand Oaks to this Thousand Oaks store instead of the Newbury Park store because of service that I get here as much better
Frank went out of his way to help me get everything I needed for new windshield wipers. His customer service was great and laid out all of my options for me. I would highly recommend this location for the knowledge and customer service!
