I had to test my car battery and find a suitable replacement. The staff were extremely helpful and provided me everything I needed to install the new battery.
I had to get my battery replaced and was helped quickly. Shoutout to Jairo for the friendly service and explanations!
Chris. G provided great customer service. He was patient in explaining what proper tools I needed ,and he demonstrated how to replace a battery on my key fob.
Kail is absolutely amazing - he knows exactly what he’s doing , I’ve gone here a few times and I’m so grateful when he’s there because he actually DOES HELP YOU he’s the ONLY one from my experience that has actually installed what I’ve bought from Auto Zone - if I have any questions he’s always willing to go above and beyond - I truly hope he’s the store manager because he absolutely deserves it . Kail your the BEST !!!
