Kail is absolutely amazing - he knows exactly what he’s doing , I’ve gone here a few times and I’m so grateful when he’s there because he actually DOES HELP YOU he’s the ONLY one from my experience that has actually installed what I’ve bought from Auto Zone - if I have any questions he’s always willing to go above and beyond - I truly hope he’s the store manager because he absolutely deserves it . Kail your the BEST !!!
Was followed around store or it felt like it I wouldn't go back here personally but store was clean
This store was tremendously helpful, it saved me 100's of dollars because I thought I needed new headlights, and the female store manager, Krista (I think was her name), suggested instead I try this Headlight Restorer. She took so much initive with this project. She suggested I move the car, for better visibility, then she laid all the contents of the box out on the sidewalk, then working together, she did Step 1 all the way thru Step 7, or whatever, sanding the light down, spraying the solution, using the second sander, the... read more
5 Stars Huge thanks to Thomas and the manager for helping me out when my brakes were starting to fail after getting off the freeway. Both of them were incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure I got the right parts and could get back on the road safely. Customer service like this is hard to find these days. They genuinely cared and took the time to help instead of rushing me through. I really appreciate everything they did. I was helped this morning by associate named Drew, he was very professional, well mannered, and helped me find a new head light bulb for my blue Honda Civic.
