RecommendedParts are great, but the employees are excellent, friendly, respectful, helpful, pleasant and clean cut. Lots of auto parts stores in Cleburne, I love Autoparts
Last year this store sold my husband a used part and then called him a liar when he tried to return it. Now they are refusing to honor a battery warranty because they didn't put my phone number in correctly so somehow they have no record of me buying it which turns out is my fault? I have had several issues with this store over the last couple years and now I will no longer tolerate their horrible customer service. I would rather spend more money at Advance than ever have to step foot in an auto zone again.
I just stood in this auto zone for 10 mins with a screaming 3yr old to get a part you had on hold for me. There where 4 grey shirt manager walking around with their thumbs up there asses not even offering to help customers and 1 young lady working her ass off. We ended up walking out. As did several other customers. Take your business to O'Reilly at leat they help their customers. We will never shop here again
Keith Meyers the store manager is very sexist. My wife and mother in-law came in to get breaks and he wanted to insist that they would just walk out with the part. Was nothing but rude and disrespectful. I came up there to confront the problem and see why he was treating them like that. I came in in a calm manner and he kept interrupting me calling them liers when I was on the phone with my wife the whole time.
