Luis was amazing!
Great service! Mr. Pineda changed my battery quickly and efficiently. Luis, the manager, also helped me with my front light. Both were very kind and provided excellent customer service. Highly recommended!
We came to the Auto Zone off of belt line and josey and Luis had the best customer service and helped us right away to pick the right battery for my truck !!! Not just that he changed it out with no problem. From buying the battery and him changing it out we were there probably 15 minutes max…. didn’t take long at all !!!! We had gone to the auto zone off of marsh and trinity first and they knew NOTHING they didn’t even know how to take the battery out!!! Thank you Luis, you did an amazing job and I appreciate you.
Stood here for 15 minutes in front of the employees and they ignored me. Four employees all trying not to make eye contact or avoiding me.
The guy at the front, Juan, great service and was able to help me find exactly what I needed what was best for my vehicle. Great service from him!
