Stood here for 15 minutes in front of the employees and they ignored me. Four employees all trying not to make eye contact or avoiding me.
The guy at the front, Juan, great service and was able to help me find exactly what I needed what was best for my vehicle. Great service from him!
If you know what you’re looking for don’t let these people try and school you about what you actually need. I knew exactly what part I needed but the guy up front just knew better and now I have to return this crap in the morning. Great job.

Whenever you use the words, "that does not cross over into our system", rest assured you are failing in the area of customer service. It's a simple relay, relay 8567, found on thousands of GM vehicles dating back to the early 2000s. I can enter that number on your website and see that it does in fact exist in your system, but calling your local store and asking a human to confirm that you have it in stock.... total failure. No effort to figure out a different part number, just insistent that 8567 does not work in their syste... read more
