What a horrible experience, all I can say is go to another AutoZone not this one .
Went in for Fob battery replacement. David was very friendly and installed the batteries in both Fobs.
This gentleman named Arthur put oil in my car for me. He was very thoughtful and kind.
I wanted to give a shout out to James, who in the past few weeks has provided excellent customer service when I brought my vehicle in 2 times. Ist when my check engine light came on, he helped diagnose the problem and gave me a print out of the problem. Then just today I came in for a new battery and he helped me find the correct one for my vehicle, and did an excellent job of installing it. James is professional, friendly & polite and is an outstanding employee doing a great job, taking care of his customers!
