I called the store the employee refused to give me his name after being ignorant to me. Claimed my phone was breaking im and out but yet he was talking to somebody in the background. told me to hang up a call back or start the conversation over or whatever and then when I asked for his name he refused to give it I said I'm the customer and he's the employee he said he'd not giving me his name.

Cause they have a bitch name Maya in there that don't do her just but give married man's her # since she has 6 kids and her man is book she just ruining happy home so she could make a living for her kids since her job don't pay her good

Sold us a used part when we paid for a new part. Tried to say our mechanic did something to it when it's obvious wear and tear on the part. Wouldn't take the return in store, said we need to go to the "hub". You sold us a bad part, so we don't have a car. Thanks for NOTHING, bums. And, yes, I have photos. I'll happily tell anyone needing car parts to go to Advanced.

Sold us a used part when we paid for a new part. Tried to say our mechanic did something to it when it's obvious wear and tear on the part. Wouldn't take the return in store, said we need to go to the "hub". You sold us a bad part, so we don't have a car. Thanks for NOTHING, bums. And, yes, I have photos. I wanted to order a part and the guy made me give my card information twice. All of it. Very suspicious. Then he called me back to get it a third time! Missed that call and got Jerry, a manager on the phone. He was nice enough to understand I didn't want to give my card a 3rd time. Funny thing is it's on my statement as going through. Then suddenly at a local walmart downtown someone spent my money. You people need to look into your employees. One of them is stealing from your customers!
