I recently purchased a Sylvania headlight bulb from AutoZone, but unfortunately the bulb turned out to be defective after only a few days of use. What impressed me most was how Mr. Eric, the Store Manager, handled the situation. I learned that Sylvania does not allow customers to submit warranty claims directly to the manufacturer.
