Dennis was incredibly helpful and assisted me with a battery check and OBD diagnostics scan when my car was having issues with starting.
Great experience today. I purchased wiper blades last week and had trouble getting them on my car. I went back to exchange them while explaining the situtation to the sales associate he asked if he could try and put them on my car. He said they should fit. He installed them on my car and was super nice in 99 degree weather! I appreciate them listening to me, helping me and also not pushing any products on me. Also i was greeted as soon as i walked in..great customer service!!
Just as we were leaving home to go to a party, our coolant light went on, first time ever. Where do you go on a Sunday? We first went to Stanley's on Ridge, but they had only one kind of coolant and actually recommended we go to Autozone. They waited on us immediately, and recommended the specific coolant for our VW.
