I went into auto zone needing two things. I had one young man inquire right away what he could help me with. When I mentioned wipers, he & another young man came out to see car, type, etc. I was shocked after finding second item w polite man’s help who worked there, to see as I left, that Stephon had changed my wipers for me. I had the pleasure of being helped by Damone Moore today, and I can honestly say he went above and beyond. Even though he was clearly busy, he never once dismissed me or made me feel rushed. He took the time to explain everything thoroughly, answered all my questions, and even tested my battery to make sure I understood what was going on with my vehicle.
