Been shopping here a long time. I fully rebuilt a 71 charger with parts from here, came by yesterday to pick up some parts for a friend. The manager Thomas Miller accused me of warranty fraud and then when I came back to bring back old cores to get back the core charges he said they had to be in the original box. He acted like now I couldn't take the cores back. I asked him what his problem was because he accused me of warranty fraud yesterday. I purchase the car battery from this place yesterday attempted to return it and buy an alternator at the same time was told the battery appear to be installed and that there was no possible way they were returned it so now I'm stuck with two new batteries and an alternator. Very disappointed the customer service there was horrible the guy told me that I should have used roadside service to fix the vehicle instead of doing it myself I'm very unhappy with this place and we'll steer everybody to competitors. if anybody is looki... read more
