The incompetence is crazy. 2 people being "helped". 2 workers that dont know what they are doing. The one helping me asks Ben for help, Ben starts walking over to help, ben then geys called by the other customer so he walks right past me who requested assistance first. The lady "helping" the other guy comes to mine and gets nothing done there either. Save the hassle and go elsewhere. Terrible service!

Tom is hands down the best manager at AutoZone. Every time I come in with a problem or concern, he always takes the time to give me the full rundown and explain everything clearly instead of just trying to sell parts. His advice is honest, knowledgeable, and actually helpful. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping customers fix their vehicles the right way. Great attitude, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile. AutoZone is lucky to have a manager like Tom!
