the level of knowledge customer service and are sad. I actually felt like I was bothering them. the first guy that helped me was very kind then he had a question and the manager reprimanded him directly in front of me then took over and from that point we wont be back and your more than welcome to ask how much money we have spent in this particular location and we will take it elsewhere
RecommendedI went in tonight with my 2 little girl and Charles was great!!! Real polite, quick and made sure he answered my question with a couple of trips out to my car to make sure!!!! Plus my kiddos wanted candy, I went to buy it and he wouldn't let me pay for it he took care of it. Wonderful customer service!!!!! Will deff continue to come here!!

I have to hand it to our Local Auto-zone stores here in Muncie. We have had running lights go out on both our Ford Ranger, and now the Buick LeSabre, looking in the books didn't get it done for me to pick the right bulb, so we asked for help, and both times at different stores at opposite ends of town, counter men were able to help get the right bulb; yet more then that, they both were able to in stall them for no extra cost then purchase.
