We're very helful
Was told they couldnt replace my batter because it was "too complicated " and nowhere would do it . I called 5 other automotive stores and they all said they'd be happy to do it. Don't promote services if you're not going to follow through. Ill stick with O'Reillys in the future
Even if I've been clueless, this staff goes out of their way to help me find the right parts for the job. Friendly. Know their products. Always been satisfied. If you know more than me and are decent people, apply for a job there. You'd fit right in.
