The first person to acknowledge me was a person who is busy but she helped me anyways. She was polite considerate and caring. She heard all of my concerns she followed me outside saw the problem grabbed her tools and fixed it in less than 10 minutes. Prior to her fixing the car I was mentioning how I've been having trouble with this problem for a while and I couldn't find anybody to fix it. Went to get oil and an oil filter for my car, was greeted and helped by Gus. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. Not only did he get me out of the door with the products I needed, he also helped me check my oil, scrub some corrosion off my battery and check a few other things. He also taught me how to do these things on my own. I am very grateful and happy with the service i received. Gus went above and beyond!!
