I had to go get a new wiper blade for my Equinox. I told the man behind the counter that I did not know what I was doing, was it easy, etc. He just looked at me, didn't say a word and then went to the next customer. I have no idea what I was doing. Took it home and finally figured out how to replace it but ended up breaking the cover. Had to argue with a store employee about what oxygen sensor I needed. Then I call later to see if they had a thread Chase and no one at the store even knew what that was. To top it off the wrong sensor was in the box.
