The staff at this location are excellent. They know their stuff and go above and beyond. They make sure that everyone is being helped. I needed to purchase a new battery for my car and have it installed. They had absolutely zero problem helping me. I was told at a different autozone location they didn’t have anyone there that could help me. I was told at a competitor that they can’t install the battery I needed. That their system tells them which batteries they can and cannot install.
I've had good experiences with auto zone. I like that when you need special tools they have to complete the job if you do it yourself. Also i like their warranty.
