Well battery went down but car was doing all kinds of crazy things, lights and locks going on and off, and basically shut car completely down. Got the battery but of course your wondering, is the alternator shot...nice to know you can go over to AutoZone and get it all checked out at once....turns out alternator was good just bad battery. Second time coming here, I felt like it was an immigrant. They asked me for my phone number and my name that has never happened to me. I felt so upset we should still am policy does not exceed the law as long as you have a receipt you don’t have to get that information.
Customer service representative Chris G. Is a God sent my brake light was out and my liftgate doesn’t open he went up and above to go through my back seat and replace my brake light took all of 4 minutes 😊😊 now I can cancel my Volvo dealership appointment. I’m one happy girl thanks again Chris G.
