These people are rude and nasty. Nobody wanted to help or even try to be helpful besides a younger employee in the store. They made every excuse to not help me get a battery. As someone who worked for AutoZone once before this is not the customer service I was taught to present to customers.
I had an outstanding experience at AutoZone thanks to Darren, the store manager! From the moment I walked in, he went above and beyond to help me locate the correct headlight for my Jeep. Not only did he make sure I got the right part, but he also took the time to help install it for me. While I was there, Darren also checked the codes for my check engine light and explained everything clearly and professionally. His knowledge, patience, and willingness to help made what could have been a stressful situation incredibly easy.... read more
