I went in a few days ago to have a code reader done, and the customer service was exceptional, I believe the young lady name was Kayla that assisted she was very knowledgeable and kind. I also wanted to give a shout out to Darren he's also a very helpful, one time I came in to buy a light and he assisted by putting it in, and realized I actually didn't need a new light it just was not screwed in all the way, he fixed the issue and gave me a refund. GOOD JOB AUTO ZONE

Tonight my 2003 honda elements brake lights stayed on even after turned off. Google informed me that it was probably the brake pedal stopper pad. Google also suggested that I try tha autozone on Auburn/Opelika hwy. The reviews were favorable and mentioned that the staff was willing to also help with minor problems. This sounded great because even though the videos show this to be semi simple, because I am truly mechanically inept, the help would have been great.
