Stopped by today with an appointment for later. Garret was able to check my battery, immediately identified my problem, and got me back on the road so I could maintain my appointment. Quick and efficient! Garret deserves a raise!
I came in to have my headlight replaced. Garrett took such great care of my vehicle, he went above and beyond to find the root of why my headlight went out again in such a short period of time. He even found a part that had fallen off and put it back in place, I mean something someone else had done, he didn’t have to do that but he knew something was missing. Greatly appreciated the extra effort there!
This is a review of the AutoZone in Rock Hill, South Carolina. Number 1449. As a disabled veteran, I have some challenges in my left hand gripping anything of substance and I happen to be in this area from a VA appointment and stopped in to get new wiper blades and a few other items. I know it's a simple thing, however, Garrett who was working the counter at that time put new wiper blades on my truck with a smile and a thank you and an awesome positive attitude. Absolutely cannot recommend this place enough ❤
