This store is by far the best traveling from tx and my batteries started leaking acid and they delivered them right to be a great group of guys and they have one hell of a manager
great experience at this autozone! my ac had been having some issues & i needed a good tutorial on how to refill my refrigerant. didn’t catch his name but i think he was the manager did a great job helping me out & was cool & friendly!
Workers are helpful ! But the grey shorted managers are very tired of their jobs and don’t seem to want to help or work there especially for commercial they do not want to deliver at all even if they drivers sitting around they say “ it’s just the two of us “ Amy is the one that truly makes that place feel depressing and she clearly wants to do nothing with any commercial accounts and will try and find a way to refer you to another store sometimes she’s helpful but she always has the face . Ive never had an issue with AutoZone. The people are courteous and helpful and I usually leave with the products I am looking for.
I want to give a huge thank you to Quenton at AutoZone. My car battery died unexpectedly, and despite the blazing heat, Quenton came outside and personally helped replace my battery. He didn't have to go above and beyond the way he did, but he chose to, and that level of customer service is rare these days.
