While in the store with my mother today were encountered David. We always come to this store as it has great customer service & is right down the street. However, I did NOT appreciate the way that he spoke to my mother. He was rude from the beginning. The entire transaction he belittled my mother and in a snotty way kept repeating the same phrase over and over again to her.
