August 2025. There is advertisement posted in the windows of the store that they provide free of charge charging system checks. The charging system is the battery and alternator and starter. When I asked for this The Man behind the counter said they only check the battery. They cannot check anything else. I have been to other AutoZone's. I had an excellent experience at AutoZone thanks to two amazing employees : Eddie and JW. From the moment I walked in, they were friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. Eddie helped me quickly find the exact parts I needed and made sure I understood how to install them properly. He took the time to explain everything without rushing, which I really appreciated. Came in clueless, left feeling like a mechanic (well… almost). Walter and Jeremiah were hilarious, helpful, and knew exactly what they were doing. They made fixing my car way less stressful—and way more fun. These guys deserve medals… or at least a pizza.
