I had an excellent experience at AutoZone thanks to two amazing employees : Eddie and JW. From the moment I walked in, they were friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. Came in clueless, left feeling like a mechanic (well… almost). Walter and Jeremiah were hilarious, helpful, and knew exactly what they were doing. They made fixing my car way less stressful—and way more fun. These guys deserve medals… or at least a pizza.
While passing through on our way to Yellowstone park we had an issue with a check engine light coming on. we stopped in to the store and we helped by Ben was his name and he was able to scan the car and offer some advice saving our trip. thank you autozone for the great advice and service.
Walking back to oil aisle and tripped over merchandise on floor and long hair, young man employee doesn't even apologize for his lack of attention to detail. Then I proceed to check out with oil and a battery and BEN (no name tag, sloppy appearance) grabs an item off the shelf, scans it and tells me I need this WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. Just went in to return battery terminal that we didn't use. They guy helping us told us that we used it and called us a liar's. The product is still sealed and he said that we bought a special heat gun to re-seal it. We have been going here for years. We will never ever be shopping here again. If you want to be called a lair and have people screw you over then go here. He even had the nerve to try to open it and he couldn't. BECAUSE IT WAS STILL SEALED!
