During a recent cold snap my truck battery died. I called AutoZone & spoke with Jason about what battery would be best. I asked him if someone would be able to install the new battery. He told me that would be no problem. I traveled up to Hastings from Kansas. Jason had my new battery ready to go. He immediately got bundled up and went out into the below freezing cold. I went in to get my battery exchanged cause they had sold me the wrong battery to begin with for the second time and Jason manager did not want to exchange I am very disappointed at this store they sell very poor parts I had been a loyal customer until now by the way the employees that help me were more than helpful
