It took 4 tries before someone answered the phone just to be told (instead of employee walking 10 feet) I had to drive there to see if an item was in stock.What's the point of a commercial account if I have to drive there to see if you have a part before you deliver it. Completely unacceptable.
RecommendedCall & let Kevin (young chap) know what you need. Not only was he prepared & waiting, still there couple of minutes after 9 pm, Kevin offered to install the bulb too. Although I declined, (the offer meant a lot) & he locked the store and waited outside with me as I installed my low beam bulb! 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ To Kevin & AutoZone in Owego NY!!
Maybe have a few people working! One person working, one out smoking, with 8 people in line doesn't help. 15 min wait for a wiper.
Worst experience every time. Every single time I'm ready to cash out I'll be standing there in line for 10-15 minutes while they help everyone would Parts instead.
