The clerk who help me was amazing. He not only came out to my car to assess the issue he gave me a few product options with different price ranges.
They're open 24 hours and the staff is very helpful and curtious. And they have a huge parking lot, just right for small to large rvs to pull in for minor on the road repairs. In my case we were towed in and they let us crash on the lot in the rv till we could figure out and fix the problem.
I went to this store to buy a new battery. Josiah worked hard and installed my new battery for me. I really appreciated the attention and help.
Another store put a part on hold for me at this store and asked them to pull it because they couldn’t answer their phone for over 10 minutes. We get there only to wait in line for 20 + minutes. This is now an hour process only for the guy to wait for someone in the back to pull the part and he went to help someone else instead of pulling it himself!Everyone in line was angry and frustrated! Avoid this place
