Very bad experience, nobody pays attention to people and they make you wait a long time. I stood for 10 minutes and 3 people were on their phones and the others were walking back and forth. Everyone had An elderly man was waiting and they didn't help him; that was in the sales department. The people in the front work well, but in the back, the business accounts department is a disaster. They need to be replaced or trained.
I would like to give a BIG SHOUT OUT to JASMINE for great customer service and going above and beyond for me! Jasmine not only helped me because I told her I was buying 4 Bosch Iridium spark plugs for a Chevy Captiva at $10.50 each, totaling $50.00. I told her I was lied too by a male employee at 94th and federal saying they only had Laser Iridium Premium costing $117.00.
