The Pigeon Forge TN location. The Autozone website and even the location's Facebook says it opens at 7am, but they don't actually open until 730. They even have it in the schedule posted on the front door that they open at 730.
Here for two weeks. From new York going to Florida and I would just like to say that this was the best help I've ever gotten from an auto zone! Thank you to Brent for not only saving my truck but being so helpful and super nice! I don't know what I would have done if you weren't working there! Deffinitly don't get service like that in New York!
Me and my family are on vacation 10/24 and just bought a head light and Chad S. Was on of the nicest guy there. He was very friendly and put the both head lights in for me. I will say people need to learn from this man about customer service. Bc I will always come back to this auto zone.
We are on vacation and our air quit working in our truck in July! Chad Sloan stood out in the rain storm to help us out! What a blessing! We now have air!!! Auto Zone in Pigeon Forge will always get our business while vacationing in the future! Thank you Chad!
So was going to use some points from a rewards club I belong to get an Auto Zone gift card. I called to see if Auto Zone Pigeon Forge already had the part I wanted which is a rear windshield wiper blade replacement. They didn't carry it so I asked where do they sell those if auto parts stores don't carry them; the response was "I don't know" in an irritated tone of voice. What is the purpose of an auto parts store if they can't help you find the auto part you need?!!!!
