I love this place when I have a small issue with my car, the guys in here are always really helpful and take good care of me. Update: my husband and I have recently visited other auto parts stores because we moved a little further away and the staff was completely clueless . They were young and have yet been taught the importance of customer service apparently. I went down to the AutoZone on 52. The woman was very rude today and acted like I was a problem. She was on the phone with somebody when she was helping me and ended up hanging up on them. She was so rude. Couldn’t help me said she couldn’t bring up anything off my phone number. I get in the car call Clayton on Ridge Road and Heath pulls it right up tells me to come down there and helps me out immediately. He was very friendly. Great customer service. I rate this location and the gentleman who helped me with my vehicle named Andrew five stars because I am extremely grateful for his above and beyond willingness to help assist with the obstacles that came along with my oil and teaching me things that nobody’s taking the time to ever show me before or teach me and for the professionalism and the optimistic attitude along with the knowledge and skill set. It took to complete the task at hand thank you, Andrew.
