I had a problem with wiper blades that I bought. The employee who looked to the manager for guidance said to put on another blade. He did but was extremely rude. I told the manager I wouldn’t go back again because of the way I was treated
Guys - my car was overheating yesterday, Saturday, at 5 pm when no service stations were open. I came to ask if you could help me and Jeffrey was so kind- he checked out my car and said he believed thermostat was not working and that it would be dangerous to drive any further or engine might seize. He said that, if he had the part for my 1999 Jeep he would fix it himself for me but alas all stockists were closed.
