RecommendedI can’t thank Roberto enough tonight, my battery was dead, called a towing company to give it a jump, called Auto Zone and spoke with him, he said he would change the battery, mind you it’s already past 7:30 tonight and he did not hesitate jumping right on getting it replaced, I drive an Escape and had been told prior it’s a big job, he still insisted to change it! I can’t thank him enough tonight, awesome customer service!
They have been very helpful a few times to my wife, there are a few auto parts closer to where we live but because of the customer service we go only to Auto Zone now.

Very kind and knowledgeable people. Had to go before work for a battery. The customer service fellow even put it in for me, which was not easy because the old one was like cement on there! He kept at it patiently and finally got it done! I would go back any time. And it didn't take forever. �

I was there today about my battery the man who helped me was amazing, he told me why it was acting up and fixed it. Then he heard me about I'm going to be driving out of town then told me when to flush my transmission fluid and where it was to check( because I was stressing to my brother about it on the phone.). Was there this morning (7:30 am) for a code reading. It was reading misfire. After talking to service rep we decided it was a coil pack. I bought the part and the guy said he would change it out for me. Car is purring now! Thank you Michael for excellent service !!!
I don't know if it's just Florida that breeds stupidity or AutoZone just hires it. Brought in oring off my car fuel injector not in stock they told me could drive to next city over it is in stock there. Can't drive without the oring idiot. Called Napa they took care of me. I spend $100 plus a month on car stuff and Napa now my company to go to even if 4 miles away and Auto zone 2 blocks. They need to treat people better and try and help.
