I thought I needed a battery for my car. I called first and the lady was very nice and told me they would have someone there to find out if I needed a new battery for my car. The guy was also very helpful and polite. He checked the car battery and turn out I didn't need a battery Would highly recommend them.
One star is way too generous honestly. The guys you have working at your Tiffin Ave. location on the evening 7/7/26 could use a lesson in customer service and how to treat people.
Good atttention
We were at this location Saturday evening Aug 2, 2025 in the evening. I had bought wipers up the street and was having trouble putting them on. I explained this to the man at the counter. He said well that's why you don't buy wipers up the road. For the record they were the right size ect for my vehicle. He came out and looked and told me that they wouldn't work but he was quick to try to sell me wipers!! I am not stupid but he made me feel like I was!! I left because I was upset!!
