Made it all the way from the coast with a bad coolant leak, these guys offered their expertise on how to carry on and filled up two gallon buckets with water for us. We discovered more problems just after leaving and quickly returned, the guys were very helpful and took a look for us. They figured out the problem, installed a new part at a very good price, on the spot and we were able to make it to our next destination with no further issues. Thank you very much! Amazing Customer Service! We were 600 miles from home when we realized we had a heater hose leak. We found the nearest auto parts store. By the time we got there it was a major leak! Dave at AutoZone went above and beyond in assisting my husband with tools, parts, and water. He was extremely efficient and very kind to us. This kind of service is so rare these days! I m my no means a women that can't so things for my car..but when ever I need to get the parts, tools, help, suggestions, this is where I go.They've always been kind, helpful 2me, install they items I buy there I guess 4others that have had issues it was just n off day we all have those..will continue 2go back.+ their not pushy about trying 2get u 2buy the most expensive products
I was looking for several different items, they were ppl coming n the whole time buyer the MSN that helped me I believe was mgr. & he didn't make me feel rushed or that I was bothering him. He gave me plenty of options w/the bulbs needed, he have me his own personal experience on poetry products I was looking @..then when I asked about how the bulbs were put n.. He asked a young man 2go install them plz, n the cold rain..cld not ask 4better service..ty both@Auto Zone
the manager in this location is very rude to customers..I returned a item for the core charge and instead of getting my money back I was told it would be put back in my account, why should a store have acess to anyones account once they have recieved their money for the purchase. to me this means they can access your account anytime and who knows how much they can charge your checking account for someone elses stuff. When we made the purchase we we`re told this would happen and NO other place of business can touch your money... read more
