Nick was EXTREMELY helpful and dedicated! He efficiently helped navigate my car troubles at the end of his shift while being very attentive. Great customer service!
I really gotta give a huge shout out to the guys at this location. Stopped to get a battery for my truck and then it wouldn't start. Mr Brian and James were there to help, still couldn't get it to start though. It just kept clicking. Then Nicholas was just coming into work and immediately jumped in and this kid went above and beyond and got us up and running in no time. Turns out it was the starter. A huge thank you to all of the guys. That type of customer service is hard to find these days. We appreciate you!
I received excellent service from this store from the time I called to when I had my battery replaced. Nick did awesome, he ran into some issues with my older 2003 Dodge truck but was able to trouble shoot his way through it and give it some repairs that probably would have cost me a lot more from a shop. I was able drive away very appreciative and happy with my service. I would recommend this store along with Nick for any of your auto needs in Cumberland MD.
District manager William cannaday came out on a Sunday too help me and my family an hour away. too get my car up and running cause the gear shift would not work he even was generous enough too replace it for us and find out the issue. We are so grateful for his help
