my daughters windshield wiper broke while returning from college (10 hour drive from KY to NJ), of course on a very rainy day. aftere switching vehicles, I drove slowly to the auto zone in cumberland md right near the state police barracks. the tall gentleman in the store helped me get the right size (old one was gone), and installed it (driver side). Then, when testing, the passenger side was not moving (twitched, but did not sweep across windshield). this gentleman looked at it, and brought out the correct socket to tighte... read more
